Darville is most recognized for his appearances in Marvel’s Jessica Jones as Malcolm Ducasse and Power Rangers RPM as Scott Truman.
When his son Mana was diagnosed with severe glioneuronal brain cancer in January of this year, the Australian actor put his career on hold.

After specialists in Australia advised the 34-year-old and his wife, Lila, that there was nothing further they could do, the couple relocated to the United States for additional treatment.
Darville stated in a recent post that Mana had endured “three grueling surgeries” and “countless therapies.”
Unfortunately, the tumor was growing ‘faster than ever,’ he said, urging people to keep his kid in their thoughts and prayers.
Malaika, Mana’s grandmother, has disclosed in a devastating video that he died over the weekend.
“I still wanted to come together in this prayer because he’s always going to be with us, and he’s still with us,” she said in an Instagram video uploaded on the Let’s Go Mana page.
“You can imagine the amount of sadness and grief of Eka, Lila, and Lila’s parents, his grandparents, myself, and his little brothers,” she went on to say.
“But there’s also a lot of happiness.” There is a lot of calm. After such a lengthy fight for 463 days since the suffering began, there is a lot of silence in the home.
“And he’s now free. He’s now dancing in the light. We can all see and feel it, and I know that many of you, like me, will always adore Mana.”

She described her grandson as, unlike any other youngster she’d ever met.
“Mana managed to touch more hearts than most do in a whole lifetime,” she went on to say.
“And he will continue to touch hearts with his story, courage, strength, and wisdom, coming into the highest frequencies of the ascended masters, the angelic realms, the angels, and the light, helping guide man to pour our love into his soul.”

Malaika says Mana will now watch over his two younger brothers, Zion and Axé, who are claimed to be devastated by their sibling’s death.
“Axé was so upset this morning, and we went outside, and there was this gentle rain; it was hot rain. We went outside, and then there was this beautiful big rainbow right through the sky,” she said.
“And Zion said it’s Mana’s rainbow, Mana’s rainbow.”
“And we stood there in the rain, and the two boys sang in the rain, and I knew that Mana was always going to be watching over those two boys and bringing them joy in their hearts repeatedly.”
Mana, rest in peace.
