Whoopi Signs Off ‘The View’ With Call Wild Anti-Trump Conspiracy

ABC’s “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg signed off Monday’s show by looking into the cameras and delivering another anti-Trump message to viewers.

Goldberg said it was time for Americans to protest and rise up against President Donald Trump and his administration.

She also accused the president of violating the Constitution and his “oath of office” every single day, hinting at impeachment if Democrats retake control of the U.S. House in the 2026 midterm elections.

Below is a transcript of the exchange:

[Clip starts]

Trump: “… Constitution of the United States —“

ROBERTS: “So help me God.”

Trump: “So help me God.”

[Clip ends]

Goldberg: “So I don’t know why you don’t remember it.”

Goldberg: “Because we saw you say it. This isn’t AI you.”

Goldberg: “That was you.”

HOSTIN: “Twice.”

Goldberg: “So, when you say you don’t know, you have to check, then you shouldn’t be president if you don’t know the job. Why are you doing this? And — and — and don’t — don’t act like — (Applause) — like, we’re the idiots here. You know the job. And yes, you’re — you know you are violating your oath of office by doing that. Or am I crazy?”

HOSTIN: “It’s — it’s something I — I — I — it’s been troubling to me for such a long time. Alyssa and I were speaking. When I became a federal prosecutor — that’s a pretty lowly job in comparison to the United States president — I took the oath to uphold the Constitution. I think we have a picture of myself taking the oath. Alyssa took the oath. (Applause) You take the oath. And I will tell you, when you say those words, it feels heavy.”

HOSTIN: “It feels really heavy. Like, oh no. Like, let me go back and read the Constitution that I learned in law school. Because it’s — it’s a very important thing. And the piece that — that she was asking him about is the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. And what that says is, no person —“

Goldberg: “No person.”

HOSTIN: “— shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. So you know how they’re just disappearing people. They’re just taking them, saying, you look like a gang member, so we’re going to deport you. Well, you can’t do that. Because nowhere in the Constitution does it say that just because you are here as an undocumented person, just because you came onto this soil without, you know, the proper documentation, you still don’t get due process. One of the most wonderful things about the Fifth Amendment is anyone that is on United States soil gets that basic, very basic protection.”

NAVARRO: “You know what I wonder? I wonder if — if when he took that oath of office, he thought he was saying that he swore to uphold the constipation of the United States. Or maybe the confiscation of the United States. I don’t know. Maybe he didn’t hear right. But look, if that is — your essential part of the job is to uphold the Constitution. It is like, you’ve got one job, dude. That is your job. If you can’t do it, then get the hell out.”

Goldberg made headlines last week when she signed off the show by looking into the cameras and delivering another anti-Trump message to viewers.

“Remember, the resistance is real. You’re not alone,” Goldberg told viewers before signing off for the day.

“People have to get out and you have to march. You have to start making noise. This is now coming back to us. The only way people are going to hear how angry you are is if you get out there,” Goldberg said, comparing the anti-Trump movement to the women’s rights and civil rights movements in America.

“This is it. It’s now on us. We have to do it. You want to save your Social Security, you got to get up, and you got to start screaming because the only way they’re going to understand that you’re not going to put up with it is if you don’t put up with it,” Goldberg added.
